When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours unless it is a special order item and then the shipping estimates will be listed with the products.
What if the item I want is backordered or out of stock?
Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered upon customer request. We will attempt to notify you if any item on your order is not in stock or if there is a shortage with your order. We reserve the right to substitute items in event of out of stock or discontinuation of an item. Only an item of equal quality and value will be substituted.
What if I need to return an item?
No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number issued by one of our customer service representatives. Shipping costs are not refundable unless it was an error by gobabykids.com. Returns of nondefective merchandise as well as refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please e-mail us at support@gobabykids.com to receive a return authorization number that will be e-mailed back to you and needs to be on the package that is returned. Absolutely NO returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. Garments must be inspected before printing.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
Defective merchandise must return to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw. No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number issued by one of our customer service representatives. Please e-mail us at support@gobabykids.com to receive a return authorization number that will be e-mailed back to you and needs to be on the package that is returned. All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
My order was wrong or was missing items?
If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer service department immediately at support@gobabykids.com. Please put your order number on the e-mail so we can track it better.
My order was damaged in shipping?
Gobabykids.com and CAM Global Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay or damaged caused by freight handling.
Will my order all ship at the same time?
Not always. Some of the items will be coming from different manufactuers and suppliers to they may ship seperately. You should receive all the times in the same amount of time unless otherwise specified.
